This cottage apartment with estuary and fell views is over the first and second floors and is situated on the promenade in Arnside, sleeping up to eight people in three bedrooms.

Mountain View is an immaculately presented cottage apartment with stunning estuary and fell views, situated on the promenade in Arnside. It can sleep eight people. The cottage apartment is set over two floors and has one king-size double bedroom with additional day bed with trundle bed underneath and an en-suite shower room, a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom (zip/link, can be king-size double on request), a bathroom, a shower room, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a dining room, a sitting room with a gas fire and feature bay windows. Outside there is ample roadside parking. Situated on the Arnside promenade and with plenty of fishing and walking opportunities nearby, Mountain View is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District.


My husband and I stayed here with some friends for a week. It has a lovely location (with the best chip shop in Cumbria two doors away! They even do gluten free batter). The flat is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the view over the estuary and the train bridge over the sands is very special. Definitely a place to return to.

The location for our break was excellent, the premises was more than we could have wished for and the link up's with the train service were superb. The local pub was very nice indeed with very pleasant staff and the chip shop was excellent! It was an excellent break helped by the accommodation!

This is such a beautiful apartment and was perfect for our week away. It was spacious and airy, with wonderful views over the Estuary and train bridge. We never tired of sitting on the window seat and watching life pass by. I am a townie and really appreciated the little cafes, pubs, post office, chip shop and train station nearby. The key safe was so useful as a variety of friends and family came and went over the week. We hope to find another excuse to book again soon!

This was a last minute booking as looking for a stop off for the weekend before meeting friends in Ambleside for a week oh how glad I am that I found this place wow what an outstanding property the views are to die for right in the middle of Arnside with walking distance to everything their house is so spacious and beautifully decorated and is spotlessly clean it has everything you need even down to TVs in all bedrooms with DVD players great for the kids the beds are so comfortable you don't want to get up in the morning and we both slept like logs we weren't waking up till 10 AM which is very unusual for us the lounge is Huge And the window seat in the lounge which is just perfect to sit and gaze at the views with a book etc etc we could have just stayed and watch the world go by , the bedrooms (two doubles and a twin are very spacious and big and plenty of storage will sleep eight no trouble as if you have kids there is a trundle bed with bed underneath in the master bedroom this is a lovely apartment and I will defiantly come and stop again for longer this property is going in my favourites
