Relaxing,would love to stay again.
Had and impromptu weeks break. I was a little bit worried after I had made the booking once I realised how close to Manchester and Stockport it was, but once we arrived I was not disappointed in the least. I was over the moon. We were in the middle of nowhere(sort of) surrounded by fields and horses and trees etc etc. The cottage is absolutely lovely.Everything that you need is there, from cooking equipment to towels. (Maybe could do with a small clothes horse). We were over the moon with the coal fire. The intention was to spend the week relaxing and the fire was an added bonus to our relaxation. I was soooo happy when I saw the shower in the master bedroom, I was worried that there was only gong to be a bath(I hate bathing). The conservatory was lovely, we spent many happy chilled hours in there watching the birds, eating breakfast and dinner and just generally enjoying the view. Even enjoyed watching the planes. The cottage and it's location are super.

Excellent and quaint
Booked this cottage for a weeks stay in the Peak District. Never been before, had no idea of location in comparison to the attractions etc. My word this cottage is gorgeous. Exceeded my expectations. The conservatory to the back has an amazing view with horses grazing. The open fire for those cold nights made it lovely and cosy. Everything is provided in the cottage right down to herbs. The owners are wonderful and help with any enquiry. The bedrooms are beautifully done, beds are extremely comfortable. I would return and recommend.

The house enjoys beautiful views and integrates well with the nature in the surroundings. It is very cosy and the owners have thought of everything you could need for a very pleasant stay. It has been recently sympathetically renovated such that the atmosphere is of a traditional English cottage, but with modern comforts. The locals are also very friendly and helpful. We had a super stay and look forward to returning!
