Mrs
What a lovely stay we had this last week in the "perfectly placed for a pandemic" Mill Cottage. Thank you to Mike and Belinda for the very warm welcome. Thank you to Mike for helping with the hot tub and changing the gorgeous spring water, and thank you to Belinda for introducing us to Bella, the latest addition to the farm and for having the most infectious laugh. What a perfect breakaway from, "nearly time for a 2nd lockdown" life! The whole set up is perfect with Mike and Belinda on hand should assistance be needed yet there was no intrusion. My OH enjoyed setting The accommodation was on 3 floors and cleaned to a very decent standard. Towels were fluffy. House was warm. The welcome hamper was lovely, 4 farm fresh eggs, flapjacks, muesli and some lovely slices of homemade lemon drizzle cake. There was a small bottle of milk in the fridge and t-bags and coffee in the canisters which really helped on that first evening and thereafter. Altogether a lovely break and we hope to stay again at some point in the not too distant future.

Hidden little gem!
Just had a week in this amazing little place with my 2 dogs and my partner. We had our own fuel hot tub which was fab, sat out in the night looking at the stars whilst boiling yourself in the tub. There were lovely walks within the grounds with fields, woods and stream. The dogs loved it. The owners lived in the house on the other side of the bridge. Very friendly and very helpful if you needed them. We arrived to a lovely hamper including home made cake, jam and a bottle of apple juice. The nicest apple juice ever! At night, there are no lights so it is pitch black which meant for amazing sleeps. I could even hear one of the dogs snoring from the room below. The sound of the waterfall at the side of the cottage is very relaxing. If you want peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you. Don't miss out, it is fabulous.

Gorgeous cottage in a peaceful setting
The cottage is stunning from the furnishings to the setting. It has a waterfall and stream in the garden and a fabulous wood fired hot tub which the owners set up for our arrival and then we lit when we returned from a days exploring, a fantastic way to relax with a glass of wine. The bed was extremely comfortable and due the rural setting it is pitch black at night with no light pollution so we slept very well. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious whilst the living area is lovely and cosy but has all the facilities needed. The welcome pack had some lovely local produce and handmade biscuits for our dogs. We visited Ludlow, which is beautiful and definitely a rely worth a day out. Witley Court and gardens is a derelict stately home which is under the care of English Heritage and very interesting and Croft Castle which is maintained by the National Trust also worth visiting.

Simply stunning!
Amazing location, beautiful clean cottage furnished to the highest standard. Owners have thought of absolutely everything down to doggie towel and home made treats. Best cottage we have had pleasure to stay in in 17 years. Turn off the computer and phones, get some good food and wine and simply relax. 5 Star without a doubt!
