This stone-built terraced cottage rests in the small village of Ruswarp, North Yorkshire and can sleep eight guests in four bedrooms.

Pear Tree Cottage is a cosy mid-terrace situated in the lovely village of Ruswarp, just a short distance from the seaside town of Whitby. It boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double, a double, a twin (zip/link can be double on request), as well as a second floor twin, sleeping eights guests altogether. There is also a bathroom inside, a ground floor shower room, kitchen/diner and sitting room with woodburning stove.

To the exterior is a designated parking space for 1 car, 50 metres from the property, and an enclosed patio at rear with furniture. Pear Tree Cottage is a charming getaway on the fringes of the North Yorkshire and Cleveland Heritage Coast.
