Win two free nights in Harrogate

Posted: 2011-03-10

Here's something fun if you like competitions - especially ones that are free to enter. EnjoyEngland, the official tourism body aiming to get people to, well, enjoy England, is running a promotional contest, with a prize of a two-night break at The Balmoral Hotel, Harrogate, Yorkshire. Included in the prize is bed and breakfast, and dinner for two people. The draw for the prize closes 31 March 2011, and the draw will take place 7 April 2011.

As for the prize, it must be claimed by 31 December 2011. The contest is open to residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and you must be 18 or over to enter. There are no entry fees, but you do have to choose the correct answer to a really, really hard question (the date of the royal wedding, which, if you have been hiding under a rock for several months, will take place on 29 April). Oh, dear, have I given it away?

To enter, head on over to the LastMinute.com website, as they are running the contest on behalf of EnjoyEngland. Well, why not; someone's got to win, and it might make a nice getaway for you and that special someone.
