A renovated stone cottage sleeping 6, situated on a smallholding in a peaceful and secluded rural location. 7 miles from Royal Welsh Showground. There is a duck pond in a fenced field in front of house and 3 acres of established woodland, full of bluebells in spring, where you are welcome to walk. There is plenty of parking in the gravelled front yard. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings.

We are only a short drive from Llandrindod Wells Victorian Spa town and from there, to the small market town of Rhayader, gateway to the Elan Valley, 'The Lakeland of Wales'. An ideal base from which to explore this unspoilt area of Mid Wales with wonderful hill-walking, cycling, bird watching and fishing. Comfortable accommodation consists of:- upstairs, 2 double and 1 twin bedroom (all good sizes) and a large bathroom with bath, basin and WC.

Downstairs:- fitted kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher. Hallway and a spacious lounge dining room with wood burning stove. Garden area with wonderful views of the surrounding hills and countryside.
