This charming conversion is steeped in original features and with one double bed placed in the open-plan living-area, the property is best suited to a romantic getaway for two or for an individual looking to take in what the East Anglian countryside has to offer.

This charming semi-detached stable conversion is situated between the Bure and Wensum valleys on the outskirts of the historic market town of Reepham in Norfolk. The property has been lovingly restored and offers high quality accommodation on the ground floor. With exposed beams, a warming, wood-burning stove and authentic stable doors, this building is steeped in character and charm. The property also has access to a pretty, private garden which is a great place to relax on a summer afternoon, or to enjoy a cool drink on a warm evening.

We came back to stay for three days at Upper Barn Stable, this three day short break also included my wifes birthday. We had a wonderful time which flew by too quickly. It was even nicer on our second stay at this comfortable cottage. Diane met us again with such a warm and genuine welcome, she also gave us some brilliant tips of places and shops to visit and browse. Diane listned and based this on our chat with her, nothing seemed too much trouble for Diane and I would thoroughly recommend this barn/cottage as a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. I have cousins who live a couple of miles away and they visited and used the hot-tub. I could tell that my cousins would like to stay there too even though they almost live on the doorstep! My hope is that we can stay for a week next time as it is so relaxing, my wife and I cannot wait to return. There is perfect wi-fi signal and a mobile phone signal too, so if you need to "stay in touch" that's an option you can use :-) A big thank you to our host Diane Pearce for her kindness and striving to make sure that we had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the privacy that the barn had to offer. The barn is very clean and well kept and an ideal place for a romantic weekend away. We will be recommending the barn to friends and family.

From the moment we arrived the owners did everything to make our stay memorable. The Barn was clean and had everything we needed. There was nothing better than a night in the hot tub then a glass of wine with the feet up while the log burner roars in the background. I have recommended the Barn to friends and family and would recommend it to you!
Mr Goodworth

A lovely cottage which was centrally situated for trips inland or to the coast. It was very quiet, nice to wake up and all you can hear is the birds singing. The owners were very nice and helpful, will definitely go again.

All of what we wanted was in the house, we didn't need to get anything but groceries. A chilled weekend and the owners were very helpful and friendly, the cottage was lovely and the hot tub was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this property.
