This comfortable property is a brick-built single storey terraced cottage in a courtyard setting that sleeps up to three people.

A delightful single storey terraced cottage in a quiet courtyard setting, this property has been built on the site of a stable that used to house pit ponies. The cottage has been well designed and offers comfortable and contemporary accommodation all on ground level. The sitting room is a warm, inviting room decorated and furnished with simple, understated elegance and the dining area is also in this room, whilst the modern fitted kitchen is compact and well equipped.

There is a double bedroom offering a calm retreat for a good night’s sleep. Outside the cottage is a shared lawn and gravel area with a barbecue and furniture, making it a super spot for an evening drink. The property offers guests a great base from which to see this fabulous region.

Home from home
We stayed here last minute as our holiday to Wales was locked down . Anyway we lucked out because we love the area great walks either on the coast or Yorkshire dales. The cottage is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The adjacent cafe serves great food and alcohol at very reasonable prices, without having to drive back...bonus . Our dogs were safe and secure in the little garden . We will definitely return

Quiet, clean, peaceful
This little cottage is easy walking distance to the beach, there is a little park even closer. Prince cottage is adjacent to the Kaskane restaurant, which serves excellent food. Plenty of parking by the cottage. There is a bus stop adjacent to the car park. The cottage kitchen is basically equipped. the living room is large and comfortable. The bedroom blinds and curtains ensured a good nights sleep in the super comfy bed. We stayed a week walking the Cleveland way, this cottage was a nice place to return to at the end of the day.
