Two of the properties bedrooms can be found on the ground floor one of which is a double and the other a twin room which has zip-and-link beds which can be made up as a double on request.

The ground-floor bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC. The third bedroom is suitable for one guest and is located on the second floor reached by steep cottage-style stairs. There is a double bed and plenty of storage space in this delightful room.

Outside there is first-floor balcony located off the lounge area with table chairs and sun lounger from which to enjoy the river views. There is also an enclosed spacious garden with lawn and a patioed seating area and BBQ. There is off-road parking for four or five cars directly opposite the property.
