LOVELY DETACHED BARN CLOSE TO SANDY BEACHES AND ATTRACTIONS This beautifully converted substantial detached barn is situated at the edge of a small village down a private drive and accessed through private electric gates making it a safe haven for children and pets. Only a short 10 minute drive to the pretty Port Town of Bideford and the golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! makes this property an ideal family holiday retreat. Many attractions nearby which are worth a visit include hiring cycles or walking on the Tarka Trail visit Dartington Crystal and watch glass being blown or place a bet on the sheep racing at the farm park known as The Big Sheep.

Plenty to see and do for all ages and tastes. The well-designed and stylish accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms all on the ground floor: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower over and WC which overlooks a small private courtyard 1 further double and 1 twin. Main bathroom with bath shower over and WC.

1 bunk bedroom. The combined living areas which are situated on the first floor offer a blend of exposed beams wooden floors and a high vaulted ceiling together with quality furnishings 42" plasma TV with DVD and delightful homely touches. Feature stone fireplace with open fire (logs supplied) and full central heating makes it ideal for a cosy Autumn/Winter break and idyllic hideaway.

Well-fitted and equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher cooker fridge freezer microwave and many useful extras. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside two sunny courtyards and at the rear of the property is a walled garden incorporating a large lawned area with pretty country views ideal for children's ball games etc.

Garden furniture and BBQ. Ample parking. Bed linen electric central heating and logs included.
