This terraced cottage is close to the village of Cockermouth near Keswick and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The School House is a lovely terraced cottage situated close to the village of Cockermouth just thirteen miles from Keswick in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep six people and has one family bedroom with one king-size double and one single bed, one king-size double with en-suite shower, and one double. There is a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom.
Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. The School House is a delightful cottage which is ideally situated for exploring the Northern Lake District.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Lovely cottage
Large well lit cottage big kitchen with enough equipment provided.Two large bedrooms and one small bedroom.Small bedroom would be better with 2 single bed double bed did not work in small room.TV but no controller in small bedroom.Washing machine dated model.Had to press a button to turn the spin speed on not automatic.Closing fridge door made storage rack make echoing noise up to bedroom.Dishwasher came off rails and large plates did not fit in the dishwasher.Enough mugs and glasses were provided for the amount of people staying.Idea for young family's high chair and changing mat provided.Two showers no waiting for someone else to finish in the bathroom.Comfortable sofas and large dinning table.

Awful do not book, very disappointed . Booked with Sykes cottages. Gave them our feedback on our return home , very disappointed with sykes not interested in our comments
