To the outside is ample roadside parking, and a veranda, enclosed garden to front, and side patio with furniture, along with a barbecue. Resting in a picturesque village, Timbers is a scenic retreat in a calming part of England.

What a wonderful holiday home.
We booked this house for a family holiday and it didn?t disappoint. The first thing you notice when you enter the house are the spectacular views. If you can drag yourselves away you get to see a well loved family home with a real sense of history which is something we particularly liked. We enjoyed relaxing in the spacious lounge and cooking family meals. The kitchen obviously belonged to a keen cook and has every type of utensil imaginable which makes the cooking more interesting and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and the house was well equipped. If you enjoy minimalism and modern furniture this is probably not the house for you but for us the family feel was perfect. There are Wonderful walks from the door, an excellent gastro pub and a couple of sweet little local pubs. We also enjoyed watching boats on the tide and paddling in the creek. A day trip to the Eden Project, Totnes and some amazing gardens. We will remember this lovely holiday in this wonderful house.
