Warkworth, a picturesque medieval village is enclosed by a winding loop of the River Coquet and the skyline is dominated by the remains of Warkworth Castle. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance from Castle Street. Lounge with comfy sofas, TV, feature fireplace with gas fire, piano and a selection of books.

Kitchen (well equipped) with gas cooker, double electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave. Breakfast bar with two stools. Utility room with washing machine, sink and an additional fridge/freezer.

Second lounge/dining room with ample comfy sofas, TV and DVD player. Dining table with seating for 8 and access to the gardens. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed, chaise long, dresser, wardrobe and a selection of books.

Bedroom 2 with double bed, fitted wardrobe and dresser. Shower room with shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with zip and link super King size bed or two single beds and dresser.
