2 Russell Court is a reverse-level property consisting of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for eight guests, and a sitting area with TV, as well as a snug with TV. The bedrooms reside on the ground floor and consist of a super-king-size with en-suite wet room, two king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and shower room. Outside there is an enclosed terrace with furniture and barbecue, an outdoor shower and parking is available in the nearby pay and display car park.

Within 300 yards, you will find a shop, within 200 yards, a pub and within 1 mile, a beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 2 Russell Court is a wonderful getaway in Devon.
