On the ground floor is a sitting room with sofa bed and on the first floor is a kitchen with dining area and door to the back garden.
Outside is a terraced garden at the back with elevated decking with furniture and views, and another garden with table and chairs across the lane at the front of the cottage, plus parking for two cars. Within 200 yards of the village inns, Cherry Tree Cottage is a lovely place for a relaxing break in Devon.
