The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, small fridge and washing machine, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV with Sky. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a multi-level wrap-around shared garden (the patio adjacent to Taw River View is for the exclusive use of guests) with a decked area, lawn, several patio areas with furniture, firepit, and access down to river, and a designated parking space for one car.
One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and River Taw in 200 yards, and a pub in 300 yards.
