Situated overlooking a tranquil part of the River Wensum, this attractive, timber-clad riverside house is perfect for a family holiday. This former water bailiff's home, part of which date back to 1719, is adjacent to the site of Hellesdon Mill where the weir still flows.

The spacious accommodation is comfortably furnished and the first floor livingroom takes advantage of the views and beautiful setting. There are interesting walks nearby both into the cathedral City of Norwich (only 3 miles) and along Marriott's Way.

An ideal base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk coast.
