Stained glass, Ely Cathedral
Stained glass, Ely Cathedral

The Stained Glass Museum occupies an unusual position - literally! It is situated in the triforium gallery of Ely Cathedral, by arrangement with the Dean and Chapter of the cathedral.

Over 100 panels of stained glass in the museum trace the history of this traditional craft, and the glass dates from the early 13th century to the present day. The museum also provides excellent views out over the cathedral nave.
