The cottage offers comfortable accommodation and is an ideal holiday retreat being within easy walking distance from the bustling quayside. With an array of restaurants pubs shops and galleries there’s something for everyone.

The coastline with its two miles of golden sand is perfect for surfers and sunbathers alike. A wide choice of attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly RHS Rosemoor Gardens and day trips to Lundy Island are all within easy reach and after a busy day exploring you can relax on the beautiful enclosed patio and watch the boats sail by.The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom on the 2nd floor offering incredible sea views 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom situated on  the 1st floor.

 Bathroom: situated on the 3rd floor with shower over heated towel rail and WC. A further shower room WC and basin is situated on the ground floor. Lounge: downstairs with flatscreen TV Blu-ray and Freeview HD.

Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer microwave and further seating overlooking the patio. Outside: patio area with garden furniture and sea views. Amenities: Bed linen towels electric and central heating included.

1 dog welcome. Parking is available in the public car park or street parking just a 2 minute walk away. Location: beach 1 mile pubs and shops walking distance.
