Superb
This is the second time we have stayed at this flat. Situated on the third floor directly overlooking the beach..fantastic views. About a 10 minute, flat walk into the harbour. The flat is very well appointed, even luxurious!! Wi-fi, smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer electric oven/cooker. Lots of storage space and all very modern and clean. The bathroom has underfloor heating with separate electric shower cubicle. Two bedrooms with a king size bed in the main and bunk beds in the kids room. There are other residents living in the other flats but they are very quiet and the lady below is lovely. Private parking is at the rear and there is free parking on the side road if you take more than one car. Only downside this year was the wheelie bins were full so we had to get rid of waste in the public litter bins across the road. Also it is on the the third floor so getting your stuff in and out is a bit of a chore. The stairs aren't steep though and beautifully carpeted. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will surely go back in the future!!!

This was a lovely place to stay, it felt more like a home than a holiday let. A great apartment for anyone with children, as the beach is just across the road.

Excellent location with lovely view of the beach. A quiet spot yet an easy short walk to town centre. A very comfortable modern warm apartment and an ideal base for exploring East Yorkshire.

Everything about this property is first class; the furnishings, decoration and the kitchen is very well fitted with plenty of crockery and equipment. The position is outstanding and it was just so nice to sit and relax and take in the view. Superb.

It was warm and comfortable with everything we needed, it was very clean and fresh with a very helpful owner. In a great position, near town and the harbour and with the sea across the road. There was a wonderful view of the sea out of the large lounge windows.
