This property was first class in every respect. The standard of finishes, equipment, furnishings and general attention to detail was excellent. Set next to a dairy farm, it has stunning views over towards Holyhead. There are a number of superb beaches, the nearest being only 1.5 miles away. Our grandchildren loved the farm, and we had a guided tour one morning to see the cows, and also a look at how they cut grass to make silage. Fascinating! We had the warmest of welcomes from the farmer, Einion, who stopped by almost every day to make sure everything was OK. He even tipped us off to go to Rhosneigr beach one day as the Red Arrows were putting on a full display the RAF Valley Family Day. Brilliant! (It also helped that we had 7 days of beautiful weather!) We intend to return!!

We have been using Sykes Cottages for a number of years to find a base for a holiday to share with our extended family. Ty Top is the best one by a considerable margin. We have come to expect a high standard of property and fittings, furnishings etc. and this one certainly provides that. It forms part of a dairy farm, and this was a bonus, especially for our grandchildren. The owner gave us a very warm welcome; helpful advice on where to go; a tour of the farm and much more. We will be returning, and give it our highest recommendation.
Mr Hill

The Cottage was finished to a very high standard and was situated in an excellent location. The owners were very welcoming.
Mr Blackwell

An extremely well thought out property with everything you needed to spend time with others; very spacious. The owners were on hand and extremely good hosts, nothing was too much trouble.
Mrs Lagdon

The hosts at Ty Top were amazing. We loved staying in a farm environment. The house was very warm with plenty of heat, great soundproofing, comfy beds and fresh farm eggs on hand. Lovely. Stunning views and great local walks. We would recommend the property and will be looking to book again.
