This delightful, terraced townhouse in Llanrwst, North Wales sleeps 12 people in six bedrooms.

Tryfan is a lovely, period terraced property in Llanwrst, North Wales. With six bedrooms across the split-level first floor and also the second floor, a first floor bathroom and a second floor shower room, the property can sleep up to twelve people. There's also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room seating ten. Outside, there is off road parking for one car plus additional roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Tryfan offers a lovely central base and a great holiday home for large families to get together and enjoy the beautiful Conwy Valley.

Hired this property for our Daughters 18th birthday so her extended family could celebrate together and be walking distance of a decent restaurant for her evening celebrations. Upstairs the accommodation was very suitable and comfortable. Bathroom on each floor so 3 bedrooms shared each one. No toilet downstairs though which with 6 men in the house we could have done with. No rear garden it?s just a shingle area where you can park the car. The sun sets on the front. Pretty busy road, we parked down a side street for safety. Downstairs was nice but not set up for 12 people. We had to collect chairs from around the house to seat us all and that was a squash. The lounge also didn?t have enough seating for 12 either so again constantly moved chairs from room to room. TV doesn?t work properly. We were not provided enough towels. 4 people short. Had to go and buy some which had I known I would have taken some with me. We also had to buy champagne glasses. No telephone number left for emergencies just email which wasn?t answered for two days. The surrounding area was stunning. We chose this location to be close to Zip World. But we left early after being disturbed several times by the neighbour living in the hostel next door. We discovered from the lovely neighbour on the end that the chap in question had mental health issues. This should not have been our problem. He made threats over the wall and was singing with loud music on until the early hours every night. The walls are not that thick despite the age of the building. We left exhausted and disappointed with the lack of response or help from the owner. Luckily for us we videoed it one night. Faced with the evidence Sykes kindly gave us ?100 compensation. Restaurant down the road was amazing. We?d return to the area but not this property.

Tryfan was a lovely property which we would recommend to others.

Tryfan is a fantastic property, perfect for a large group of family/friends in a fantastic position for getting around the local area. There's so much to see and do all within a short distance you really can't go wrong booking this fabulous accomodation. The house itself is perfect, beautifully decorated, super clean and spacious, with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, we would highly recommend the property and look forward to booking again.
Mrs Hull

We were delighted with our accommodation, a very large house that easily catered for our party of 12. The house was beautifully decorated with a nice bright and airy, modern feel with plenty of period features. The house itself is perfectly located for exploring much of the Snowdonia area. We would certainly recommend.
