Beautiful, spacious house with stunning views
?A beautiful house with stunning views in every direction. The lounge and bedrooms are light, spacious and very comfortable. Definitely the most used room though was the huge dining/sitting conservatory at the back of the house. The views are remarkable and it's a great room for large group dining. Unfortunately, it wasn?t quite warm enough to make use of the large decked area though it would be an excellent outdoor space in better weather. The games barn is huge and was well used but wrap up warm in winter months! The house is up a long track and there are no shops or pubs within close walking distance so make sure to stock up well or be prepared to drive out for dining.

Stunning views & lovely fresh eggs
We loved this place. Comfy beds, beautiful views. Sat nav brings you on really narrow lanes, we found coming off a55 at st asaph and coming through henllan a much easier route. The farm supplies fresh eggs for a price and we can really highly recommend these. Just be very careful on stoney path leading to house as we experienced a popped tyre. Great place to stay and visit surrounding welsh countryside.

Great views, quiet getaway and fantastic house.
We stayed here in July for one week, a family of six adults and 3 kids. We found the location to be perfect for peace and quiet, a chance to get away from the busy town/city chaos. The house was spacious enough for all 9 of us, it was clean and spotless. It had all the amenities and usual items you need to a easy stay. The rooms were big and well looked after, the newer extension area of the house offered amazing views across the valley whilst being able to sit all 9 of us around the dinner table. There is an outside decking area to sit and enjoy the fresh air and views. There is a big barn that offers various activities such as badminton, basketball, ping pong, football and a big trampoline with enclosure. This kept the kids and adults entertained whilst we had free time at the house. The area is part of a farm and it's in a rural location so naturally the "road" leading to the house is very rural in the sense of it's not a tarmacked road. We all knew this and easily made it to the house in our sports/low cars with no problems ,just take your time! The farm area includes sheep, chickens and 2 pigs which the kids found very entertaining and adds to the experience of this rural off the grid location. Wi-Fi is available and free, mobile phone signal is intermittent as you would expect. Despite being a rural location it is only 15 mins to the nearest big supermarket and 15 mins to the main road. There is plenty of space for the shopping and there is even an additional chest freezer available in the barn. We found this an excellent base for days out to different areas of North Wales. Overall we found this house, the owners and the area to be fantastic, warm and charming. The owners were happy to help, and very friendly. Great value for money! We had no problems and would love to come back again! - Nik & Sabrina

Lovely house, spectacular views
We stayed for a weekend and found the accommodation very welcoming - warm (this was North Wales in December...), spotlessly clean and well equipped. The views are brilliant, and our friendly host supplied eggs from the farm. Plenty to see in the area - we spent a day at Conwy castle, and another at Llandudno - the trams and cable-car were closed for the season, but the toboggan was open! Visit, enjoy.
