The Clearings is a holiday cottage situated in Ducklington, Oxfordshire. It is located off a country lane and enjoys views from all rooms across the huge gardens and fields beyond. Inside the owners have created a sleek and contemporary home with many period features still present.
The property opens up to a living room with a wood burning fire, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, as well as an external annexe that acts as a second sitting room and games room complete with a pool table. On the ground floor you will find two king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC.
On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom accessed via the double bedroom. Outside has a vast garden with a children's play area nearby. Parking is available at the property.
The Clearings is an excellent property for friend and family vacations.

Perfect for a family gathering
Superb, very well equipped, welcome with delicious home made cake,milk,bread and all basics. Modern ,light, lovely decor in beautiful surroundings. Mote than adequate for our needs and would definitely stay again and recommend highly. Family members arrived from Wales, Quebec and New Forest, 3 generations, an ideal venue for us all to spend a happy memorable 5 day break together.
