Dining room with ample seating and exposed wooden floor. Kitchen with Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and condensing tumble dryer. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with super King size bed.

Bedroom 2 with super King size bed. Bedroom 3 with single bed. Family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, WC and basin.

Shower room with WC and basin. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 4 with king size zip link bed (can be set up as a twin on request), Bedroom 5 with king size zip link bed (can be set up as a twin on request). OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is a rear yard with seating and access to Riverside Road and to the beach.
