The Old Barn in Colyton, Devon sleeps five guests in three bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for five guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There are three ground-floor bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a twin and a single, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a front communal picnic area, a private garden to the rear of the property, shared glass dining house and dog field, as well as off-road parking.

Within 1 mile you will find both a shop and a pub and within 200 yards, a pond and please note that dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
