My husband & I and our two daughters have just returned from a weeks stay at this bungalow. I'll start with the good points.. -It was lovely to have a garden to sit out in. -The bedrooms are decent sizes Well that's about all the good points! Now the bad... - The whole bungalow is very dark & dismal. The furniture & decoration doesn't help. -The kitchen was grubby on arrival. The kitchen unit doors were dirty, food splattered up the splash back tiles. I had to wash all the utensils before use. The sealant behind the taps was mouldy & peeling off. - The wallpaper is peeling off in places. -The curtains in the bunk bed bedroom are splattered with something. -The shelter which extends along the back of the bungalow is dirty & mouldy. It makes the whole area very dark, even the back bedrooms. -The garden is unkempt. -The bathroom is dirty..skirting board by the bath is filthy & the bath panel is broken. The local pub is unpleasant & dirty and the beach is accessed via a busy narrow road which feeds into about 3 different caravan parks. Not a pleasant walk when trying to avoid all the cars. Overall we were extremely disappointed & left a day early as we couldn't bear to stay any longer.

The bungalow was clean, very well equipped and only a few minutes walk from the beach. We would not hesitate to recommend it. We will definitely be returning to this one.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The central heating was essential in a cold and wet week and kept us snug and warm, but not too hot as it was fully controllable. The beds were very comfortable and even the bunks were full size and not narrow. I particularly liked the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom which helped to prevent queues in the morning. This was the best equipped and most comfortable place that I have ever stayed in on a self catering holiday. Thank you very much.

Yet again a wonderful stay. In an excellent location, just a short stroll to the beautiful beach, it is tempting to call at the pub on the walk back. It was lovely to sit in the garden. Can't wait to return.

The owner was particularly helpful and welcoming with questions. The house was warm and cosy when it needed to be. It was also perfectly situated between shop and beach.
