Primrose Cottage is a beautifully-presented, terraced cottage located in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon and can sleep four people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside there is a roadside parking and a permit for one car is included in the rent and an enclosed, lawned garden with patio and furniture. With Shakespeares Birthplace to visit and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre nearby, Primrose Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Superb location, cosy, comfortable stay.
We enjoyed a wonderful week in Stratford based in Primrose Cottage which is located really centrally within a 5 minute walk of the town centre and Shakespeare's birth place. The town centre can also be accessed via a very pleasant walk along the canal path. The parking permit ensured we were always able to park within a short walk of the property. The property was extremely well equipped (a variety of board games and DVDs proved to be a real hit with the kids!) with fresh, clean bed linen and towels provided. The downstairs bathroom was a decent family size with a shower over the bath (great water pressure too!).
Washing machine, washing line, iron and ironing board also provided which was very convenient.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a superb location!

Had a lovely week, amazing location so near the town. Cottage was lovely & Cosy, with everything provided you could possibly need for a lovely week. Would come again.

Excellent location and comfortable cottage
This cottage is an easy, flat and (apparently) safe walk away from the restaurants, attractions and shops of Stratford. There is a parking permit provided which allows on street parking, though sometimes this could only be found a few streets away.
The property is clean and comfortable - at first I was worried that the twin beds looked lilke camp beds, but the mattresses were comfortable. Lovely bath sheets were provided, unlike at some other properties, where towels can be tiny. There is a small but inviting garden with a table and chairs.
Points to note are that the stairs are very steep and that the shower is accessible only by climbing into the bath.
Perfect location, fabulous cottage!
The location of the cottage could not be better, just a short stroll and you are in the centre of Stratford. You will find a a parking permit in the cottage for the street parking right outside the door. The cottage itself is lovely, it even has a wood burning stove made up just ready to light! The kitchen has everything you need and the cottage has a lovely sitting area outside where you could enjoy a glass of wine in the summer months. The beds are nice and comfy with crisp white bedding and for a cottage not bad size rooms! We found the cottage very homely and loved Stratford and all it has to offer. We can't wait to return in the summer!

Fabulous cottage great location
This fabulous cottage was full of character and was located just a short walk from the town centre, restaurants and pubs. The cottage was clean and provided fresh towels and bedding, the beds were really comfortable.
The lounge had a log burner which was really cosy on the cold December evenings. I will certainly be returning to experience this delightful accommodation in the summer.
