It offers an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, and another larger sitting room, as well as a utility.

To the outside there is off-road parking down the side of the property, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio with furniture. Within 300 yards there is a shop, less than 1 miles a pub and 200 yards a beach. Two-well behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking.
