Perfect location and cottage
Just left this beautiful cottage had a lovely family time nice and quiet enjoyed the hot tub immensely. Gorgeous views to look at plenty of walks to do and can get to a lot of places within 30 mins. We found the owners to be very friendly and helpful will definitely return. Great campsite next door well maintained would highly recommend

Superb cottage
Stayed for a week with family of four, including two teenagers. Excellent facilities from walk in shower with endless hot water, super comfortable sofa, hot tub and lovely decor. Close to beaches and mountains. Recommend cycling to towns and villages. Owners were around, mainly tending to campsite, but were unobtrusive and let us get on with it. Dog friendly and floors are forgiving and easy to clean.

Appalling customer service!!
Given the current circumstances you expect responses to be delayed etc. But considering we had no contact from Sykes Cottages at all regarding our booking for 17/04 and when we requested a refund we were then not informed us that the owners have rejected our request! This gave us no time to even move our dates! We are absolutely disgusted with this service from both Sykes and the owners of the property! If we had been updated on the refund rejection we would have at least had chance to change our dates but now we face loosing all our money because of awful communication! I hope something can be sorted!
