Bloxham, Oxfordshire, England
One of the most impressive medieval parish churches in Oxfordshire, St Mary's, Bloxham, dates to the 12th century, but much of the current impressive building is from the 14th and 15th centuries. There are Norman carvings over the west door and a Norman tympanum in the chancel. The Milburne Chapel contains an imposing memorial to Sir John Thornycroft, and there are late-medieval wall paintings throughout.
