Ludham, Norfolk, England
St Catherine's is a very large 14th and 15th-century church in a pretty village. The church boasts a superb late medieval painted screen, a painted tympanum on boards depicting the Crucifixion, and a huge royal coat of arms to Elizabeth I. Look for the unusual carving of a female woodwose on the 15th-century font.
