Set in beautifully landscaped gardens Dunedin Country House is the perfect venue for that country break. All our bedrooms are en-suite and each is unique in character and furnished to the highest standard. Our function rooms have beautiful fireplaces to laze away the winter afternoons teamed with original features and amazing views over the lawned Victorian garden and across the fields to the River Humber.

Situated in the wonderful village of Patrington between the east coast and the Humber Estuary you are spoilt for choice for things to see and do. In the village we have 3 public houses serving good food and ale 1 cafe and 2 tea rooms we also have a great little antique shop hairdressers and many more.
