Turvey House
Turvey House
Turvey House is a beautiful country house in neo-classical style, standing in lovely parkland bordering the River Great Ouse. The interiors of Turvey House feature collections of furniture covering the 18th and 19th centuries, plus wide-ranging displays of ceramics, books, and artwork.

The house is built on the ruins of Old Turvey Hall, the residence of the Mordaunt family, whose memorials can be found in the parish church of All Saints, Turvey. The present House incorporates parts of the older building, which was torn down in 1786. Outside the house is a quiet walled garden.

The Hall was finished in 1792, and is a member of Historic Houses Association, offering free entry to Friends of the HHA.
