The famous Saracens Head Hotel is located right in the heart of Chelmsford. All the Amenities of Chelmsford, the county town of Essex, are within walking distance with the train and bus stations being only a short walk away. This makes the Saracens Hotel an ideal location and very popular with local businesses and party goers.

It is ideally situated for the Registry Office bars and the shopping precincts which are all on our doorstep.

The Saracens Head Hotel has 17 en-suite non smoking bedrooms each bedroom is furnished in a comfortable style. Continental and traditional English breakfast is served in our restaurant located beneath the hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in each room.

This Chelmsford Hotel is an excellent venue which can host a number of different events and parties. These can range from weddings birthday celebrations to conferences and seminars. The Saracens Head Hotel is located directly in the centre of town which has a busy nightlife.

The Hotel is also a very popular evening music venue therefore a lively atmosphere is created. The hotel does not have a car park but Chelmsford has an abundance of car parking facilities within a short distance of the hotel
