Fabulous place
A really lovely place to stay in. Spotlessly clean, with everything you need. Rooms were lovely (no door on ensuite though) and it was wonderful to have the decked balcony to sit out on or eat on. View over the tranquil lake was fabulous and we enjoyed feeding the fish (especially 'Harold', the light coloured one!) and birds daily. Well located for local pubs (loved the food at The Crown), garden centre (Haskins - delicious pizzas) and lovely walk to Tulleys Farm and Tea Room for a fabulous afternoon tea. Well placed to get to the coast, such as Brighton and Hastings, or places of interest inland. Linda, the host, was lovely and friendly. Was fascinating to read about the history of the place and the work the family had done to create it. Definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay
We stayed at lake view with our 2 young children and had a fantastic time. We cannot fault the facilities at lake view it has everything you need including a stunning view over the lake which is lovely to wake up to every morning. Linda and Barry are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were more than happy to help with any queries we had. A truly fantastic place to stay in a lovely village.

We loved this place
The instructions left by Linda to get to the place was clear. The house was spacious and clean and very beautiful. We had some trouble with the kitchen and Linda and her husband were really quick to resolve it. We absolutely love this place. My family and I hope to come back there soon.
