Maes Y Berllan Barn is a superb 17th-century barn conversion resting in Lower Common in Gilwern, Abergavenny and can sleep ten people in four bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with Rangemaster with electric oven and hob, grill, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating, a living/dining room with dining seating for 10, a Smart TV, a woodburning stove and a laundry/drying room with tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with zip/link and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor super-king-size with zip/link, a family room with super-king-size with zip/link and a single day bed and en-suite cloakroom and a family room with super-king-size with zip/link and a single, along with a ground-floor wet room and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, lockable bike storage and ample off-road parking.
A highchair and stairgate are available, as well as a cot which available on request. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
Two optional fold away beds are available. Pets are not allowed upstairs. There are farmyard animals in the immediate vicinity, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead.
