Avoid this property at all costs!
We were let down by the owners at the very very last minute. The supply of gas hadn?t arrived, and they did not let us know until the day that we were leaving, and it was not even first thing in the morning. We were about to depart in 15 minutes and then received the email. They told us that there would be no heating or hot water at the property because the gas company had failed them. This is understandable, but they should have had a cut off of at least the day before to allow any potential guests the opportunity for new accommodation. They did not let Sykes know that there was a problem and as a result it looks like Sykes have taken them off their website and rightly so. Don?t let this happen to you. Sykes were absolutely brilliant and found us an alternative property within the hour so hats off to them.
