A beautiful Georgian town house built as a merchant house overlooking Bristol in 1720 nestled in a quiet corner between the City center and Clifton village. We are surrounded by trees and parks yet right by the University and within walking distance of all the best bits of Bristol. We have 5 king-sized bedrooms all with private en-suites a large open plan lounge/diner and kitchen area.

It is a perfect place to rent for business people couples friends family & groups. Self-service breakfast.

Welcome to one of the most beautiful parts of Bristol. Nestled between Berkeley Square and Brandon Hill this city centre location is idyllic. With birds singing songs throughout the day and the hustle & bustle of Queen's Road and Park Street there couldn?t be a better location to discover Bristol.

Brandon Hill is a wonderful place to get lost in and enjoy nature at its best (in your own backyard!). Discover its waterfalls woodland and meadow. There's a playground too and the paths lead you all the way down to the river Avon and the centre of town.

Park Street is filled with independent clothing stores charity shops and the original Boston Tea Party coffee shop. Try out Pinkman's a modern bakery and cafe. There are plenty of wonderful bakeries cafes restaurants and the great Bristol Museum is over the road.

Swoon at the bottom of Park Street is an absolute must if you are a lover of Italian gelato. It's ideal for single occupants couples friends or groups to enjoy. We have 5 rooms available all with private en-suites.

In the kitchen you'll find cups glasses plates pots & pans - everything you need if you felt like cooking. You will also find a kettle fresh drinking water and an eclectic range of teas & coffees for you to choose from. In the mornings help yourself to oats fruit granola eggs and bread.

There is fresh milk (dairy or non-dairy) & yogurt in the fridge. Enjoy the extremely comfortable couches in the living room or have dinner on the beautifully crafted Portuguese crafted dining table. No TV in bedrooms shared access to smart TV in lounge area.

Do have DAB radios in each room and free Wi-Fi that's great for streaming.
