
This Grade II listed coach house is a beautiful building both inside and out. Set on the outskirts of Dartmoor National Park, it is ideal as a stop over or as a family holiday location.
Welcome to Woodleigh Coach House, a Grade II listed building built in 1896 as a distribution point for a brewery, set adjacent to Dartmoor National Park and other areas of outstanding natural beauty. We offer a wide variety of short break activities from fly fishing tuition, reservoir sailing, horse riding or to suit more artistic guests we offer jewellery making, painting techniques both oil and watercolour and rustic furniture making. We are also open to people just looking for an overnight stop to break up long journeys.
The Coach House has tremendous views, straight out from some of the rooms, and a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind in. On the East Wing of the Coach House there is a cafe open to guests and non-residents, serving delicious, traditional home-cooked food. This peaceful setting is an ideal place to get away from modern life and surround yourself with the natural beauty of Devon.
To help make your stay even more enjoyable, the Coach House is run by a warm, friendly and very welcoming family who are happy to try and make every minute of your visit most enjoyable. There is ample FREE parking available.

The Cafe is open to the public as well as to the guests seven days a week from 8am till 5pm. The Caf� is situated in the east wing of the Coach House, with a large terrace enjoying breathtaking views across the Devon countryside. You may like to call in for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea whilst visiting nearby attractions or taking a break from your journey to or from the West Country. We serve a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee including cappuccino or latte and of course scones!
