This charming Regency house is set in its own grounds which have ample parking space. As we offer only two rooms for bed and breakfast you can expect individual service and a quiet stay. One room has a king bed the other can be either king or twin and both have en-suite shower rooms.

Our rate is £85 per night for two people or £65 per night single occupancy. A full breakfast is included.

The house built in 1812 is a fine regency rectory in the heart of the friendly Devon village of Kenton which boasts not only a fine local pub but two marvellous restaurants and is the location of Powderham Castle the seat of the Earl of Devon. Stay with us and you will be in striking distance of the fine old city of Exeter the birdlife of the Exe Estuary and the picturesque coastal resorts of Dawlish and Teignmouth - all reachable by regular buses.

A short drive and you may sample the wild spaces of Dartmoor or the charming towns of Totnes Dartington and Dartmouth. The house is set in its own grounds in which there is ample parking space. The Amethyst Room has a king bed the Camomile Room can be either king or twin.

Each room has a flat screen TV with FreeView free Wi-Fi wireless internet a hair dryer and a hospitality tray with tea coffee and biscuits. Both rooms have en-suite shower rooms with washbasin and WC. Complementary shampoo soap and shower gel are provided.

Breakfast starts with a buffet of fruit juice cereal fruit compote and yoghurt followed by a full English or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or something on toast. Our rooms are £85 per night for two people or £65 per night single occupancy. Breakfast is included.

Normal arrival time is between 4:00pm and 5:30pm. If you are going to arrive outside of those hours it will not normally be a problem but please let us know by phone or email to make sure we will be here to greet you. For returning guests we offer on arrival a complimentary traditional Devon cream tea as a loyalty thank you.
