This deliciously scenic ruin stands on a high rock on the north west coast of the Sleat peninsula, near Ord, on the Isle of Skye. It can be a bit daunting to access the castle ruins, as the narrow bridge that joins the castle to the mainland is largely missing, but the location is wonderfully scenic, with views across to the Black Cuillins.
