Accommodation Description:

Rosebank House is a magnificent Georgian house located in the centre of Scotland with a four star VisitScotland rating and open all year. It is the perfect base to fish golf walk or explore the mountains wildlife and historic buildings of Perthshire and Scotland. The Cateran Trail starts and ends in Blairgowrie.

For our breakfasts we bake our own bread and biscuits make our own yoghurt and compote cure and smoke our own salmon and we produce award winning jams and marmalades.

*** We are delighted to announce that we won a Gold Award at the World's Original Marmalade Festival in March 2018*** Welcome to our beautifully restored Georgian manse. Set back from the main road and within our mature gardens Rosebank House Bed and Breakfast is the perfect base from which to launch your Scottish adventure. Situated right on the A93 we are at the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park and the Snow Roads, Scotland's highest roads from which you can enjoy the magnificent Scottish scenery and keep an eye out for the wonderful wildlife for which this part of the world is famous.

Sit by our wood burning stove or weather permitting in our garden and enjoy and cup of tea and some home baking while you plan your trip. Our house was built in 1836 but has been recently renovated so that you can enjoy all of the original features with the comfort of modern living. Each of our 6 guest bedrooms (2 King size Double 2 Double one Single and one Twin) are elegantly furnished and decorated with lovely comfortable beds and quality bedding so you're sure to have a good night's sleep.

All our bathrooms have soft fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. After an excellent night's sleep; enjoy a delicious leisurely breakfast served at individual tables in our large bright dining room with views overlooking the gardens. Enjoy our buffet selection of homemade goodies including yoghurt granola bread jams and marmalades while you choose your main course from our varied menu.

Freshly cooked to order we use homemade and fresh local produce where possible and offer a full breakfast menu to cater for all tastes including full Scottish breakfast. If you do have particular dietary requirements or preferences please let us know when you make your booking so that we can ensure we provide an enjoyable alternative for you. We are delighted to provide packed lunches upon request.
