Poole famed for its suburb of Sandbanks with its golden beach a playground for the rich and famous and the home of the world renowned super yacht builder 'Sun Seeker'.

Poole and Bournemouth offers an array of shops and restaurants to suit even the most discerning of guests. There are many National Trust properties and gardens worth visiting including Kingston Lacy Corfe Castle Hardys Cottage Studland Beach and Nature Reserve or why not take a ferry from Poole Quay to Brownsea Island. Other attractions include Poultons Park Sea Life Centre Alice in Wonderland Winchester and Salisbury Cathedrals to name but a few.

The village of Corfe Mullen has grown up around this stunning character property originally built in 1418. Lovingly restored to its former glory by the current owner over the last 12 years with unique and stunning finishing touches meaning no detail is overlooked. Conveniently located on the A31 which allows easy access to the New Forest in the East and Dorchester in the West makes this an ideal property for those wishing to tour this unique county with its Jurassic Coastline.

This unique property has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished throughout and offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 with beautiful handmade four-poster double 1 double room 1 4' double room with steep cottage-style stairs to 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC and further shower room with WC. Lounge: with exposed wooden ceiling and beams woodburner and supply of logs TV DVD video and hi-fi.

There is an additional living area/playroom located on the second floor an ideal retreat for children and adults. Kitchen: hand crafted wood units well-equipped with range cooker fridge freezer microwave washer/dryer and fitted dining area (seating 5-7 people) with access to an additional dining area. Games room: on the ground floor under the oldest part of the building a communal function/games room with a selection of games pool table and additional dining area.

Outside: within the shared gardens you can watch the free roaming ducks and geese enjoy the deep ponds and river that runs through the mill (adults and children to take care) attracting a wealth of wildlife including herons kingfishers woodpeckers swans and deer. Canoes and fishing available by prior arrangement. Ample seating areas are available to while away your afternoons and enjoy a BBQ.

Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. 2 pets welcome and further by arrangement however pets must be kept under control due to the ducks and geese.
