Lovely accommodation in a beautiful location
The accommodation was clean comfortable and well equipped. Cottage is next to owners' property but felt private with living room patio doors and seating area outside overlooking open countryside. Perfect location with beautiful walks through nearby woods and easy base to reach local beaches, stores and for exploring surrounding area and Anglesey. We had no issue with the lane, there were lots of places to give way but we didn't need to use them. Would love to stay again.

Lovely cottage, beautiful views, friendly & helpful owner.
My daughter & myself spent a really pleasant week here recently. My daughter has special needs & is very fussy but she loved it here! Very clean cottage, extremely comfortable, all mod cons. Amazing views. Very helpful - but not intrusive - owner. I was initially worried about the road leading up to the property but didn't find it a problem. Close to many of North Wales' attractions.

The cottage is in a really quiet location yet within easy distance of all the attractions this part of North Wales has to offer. The views from the cottage were lovely and it was very pleasant to sit and eat breakfast outdoors whilst looking at the view.

This cottage is in a lovely setting with great scenery so we all had a very relaxing holiday here and found it very easy to get to all the attractions around the area. We all had a lovely week in North Wales.

No good for an Autumn or Winter break.
Just got back today from a week here. It's in a lovely location, very clean and the owners are friendly and helpful. It's up a very narrow lane but we only encountered another car on one occasion so this is not a concern. Beautiful scenery, reasonably peaceful and we had a good week overall. However, this looks like a converted garage (I may be wrong but I doubt it), and as such there is no central heating other than wall mounted convection heaters which are totally inadequate. The damp and cold was awful with the beds being damp at night and the clothes smelling musty when taken out of the wardrobes. The sugar, coffee, gravy etc all solidified due to the damp conditions in the kitchen. Mould grew around the cooker hood and kitchen wall despite opening window and switching on cooker extractor. The heating is on a ?1 coin metre and is very expensive (almost ?30 for 7 days) as you are having to keep the heating on to try to combat being so cold. The bedding also cost extra and whilst it was inexpensive, the pillows looked abit dirty and stained when we removed the bedding on the last day to wash it. Also nothing electrical has been PAT tested which is concerning as there are a few dodgy switches in the bungalow. The kitchen is partially overlooked by the owners property and the owner has a large dog which whilst friendly would concern me if I had young children as he lives outside, walks around freely and can howl early in the morning (6.30 this morning)!!!!! The bungalow is well equipped but things are just old and dated. For instance the sofa sags in the middle so two people end up very close together. To sum it up - with a little bit of investment this will make a lovely holiday cottage, but bare in mind the extra costs (electricity, bedding etc) when pricing up this property. I would not return as its been miserable being so cold. It didn't spoil our holiday but we spent more time away from the bungalow than we would have done had it been more comfortable.
