This single-storey, detached cottage has an open-plan living space. There is a kitchen area equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a dining table for six, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and Xbox 360. There are three bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twins, along with a bathroom.

To the rear, there is an enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue, outdoor tap and storage, and to the front, off-road parking for two cars. Within less than 1 miles, there is a shop and pub, and within 0.1, a beach.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome; however, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is a small step in the rear garden, please take care.
