Nestled in the heart of the Dengie Peninsula between the River Crouch and the River Blackwater and surrounded by sporting activities. The site has easy access, ample parking, two rooms designed for the disabled and an adjoining restaurant and lounge bar. Each room has digital tv (including sky sports 1 2 and 3 included in the price plus a free adult channel).

Wi Fi is available. Parking is adjacent the rooms which are set at ground level on a motel type complex. All 10 rooms are en-suite with showers and walk in wardrobes, pure white linen, electric fans, tea and coffee making facilities with irons and boards being available, Family rooms are enabled by the use of fold up beds.

There are also four additional rooms without shower at a budget price. All rooms have soft water and gas fired central heating.The on site restaurant The Blue Toad has a full menu. All food is freshly prepared and generous portions are provided.Offers are available for longer stays and weekend breaks.
