Welcome to our family run Guest House. Our budget priced rooms are ideal for a one- off stay or for long term residency. The majority of our customers are contractors working for local businesses or people with early flights from East Midlands Airport which is located just 2 miles away.

Our prices are on a room only basis due to our regular demand. We provide cooking facilities on each of our 3 floors for your own use.Each of our rooms offer en suite shower, colour tv, heating, towels and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a spacious car park at the rear.We are located just minutes away from East Midlands Airport, East Midlands Parkway, M1 and A42.We can also offer a special weekly rate.We can also offer long or short car parking stays for people using the airport, please ring for details and prices.
