Situated in the Cultural Quarter of Lincoln city centre within a five minute walk of the Cathedral Quarter and Brayford Wharf and only twenty metres from the High Street to provide all the retail bar and restaurant therapy when required.

Airy and contemporary en-suite rooms with free WiFi all the usual amenities and the rare luxury of free private parking. Please note only one private vehicle per booking can be guaranteed. Vehicles are left at the owners risk.

The Management will not accept liability for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. Whether here for leisure or commerce enjoy lunch or dinner in our authentic American smokehouse restaurant or be tempted with the exceptional range of craft beers cask ales and cocktails. Please note we have one pet-friendly room which is available with advance notice (minimum 48 hours notice) for a small surcharge.
