Following a £4.5 million investment by QHotels in 2008, The Oxford Belfry has been modernised and completely transformed.Stage one of the refurbishment is now complete, covering all public areas throughout the hotel.

The Oxford Belfry proudly boasts a new open, airy reception and lounge, newly refurbished Rycote Restaurant and Isis Bar, Reflections Health, Fitness and Spa, and outstanding conference facilities. Stage two of the refurbishment covers guest bedrooms and will continue throughout the year and into early 2009.The 154 bedrooms at The Oxford Belfry combine all the amenities you expect from a four star hotel including satellite television, high speed internet access (2 hours free), tea and coffee making facilities and 24 hour room service. The Oxford Belfry offers the choice of a la carte dining in the Rycote Restaurant or light snacks and drinks in the Isis Bar.

Reflections Health, Fitness and Spa has a newly refurbished wet area with indoor swimming pool, scented sauna, aroma steam room, heated loungers, ice fountain and experience shower. There are seven spa treatment rooms where guests can enjoy a comprehensive range of treatments. There is also a croquet lawn and two outdoor all-weather tennis courts.
